Sales Representative

Our client is a very well-established Global company. Their branch in Ottawa has been in operation close to 25 years providing high-quality commercial clearing and disinfection services and becoming a true partner in health and safety for their clients.

Their operation has endured many of the economic storms in the past and proven to be recession proof, offering employees a stable employment.

The main role is simply:

To develop and maintain new business with your assigned territory – that covering:

  • In Ontario from CARP- to CUMBERLAND to MANOTIK

Responsibilities include:

  • Directly solicitate prospects by cold calling
  • Contact prospects provided by their main call center
  • Meet prospects at their offices to represent, explain and sell the cleaning service
  • Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions offered by employer
  • Establish and administer service proposals an agreements, respecting prices set by employer
  • Complete and Close the Sale Contracts and obtain authorised signature
  • Conduct a walkthrough, creating a solid business relation and trust with clients
  • Follow up with prospects and clients
  • Administer necessary renewals and adjustments of yearly contracts
  • Answer Customer Service calls when required
  • Produce reports and other documents required to follow up and fulfill sales objectives

Our client offers:

  • Possibility to work from home when not on the road
  • Bi weekly salary of $1925 while on a 3 month training period
  • A commission of 8 to 10% on new contracts
