PCV – CSR – Electrical Company

Our client is an established and highly regarded electrical company in Montreal. They seek a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, passionate and motivated to be the company’s primary point of contact for their current and future customers.

Main Responsibiliy

  • The successful hire will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
  • Work with schedules and availability of electrician to dispatch
  • Process point of sale invoices
  • Maintain and update the customer database

A call script shall be provided in order to assist the successful hire when servicing customers.

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service;
  • Experience with operating schedules;
  • Strong communication skills – Both in French & English – written and spoken
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – comfortable to learn in house basic software
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task
  • Team oriented

Annual salary $45 000 +
