Our client is an established and highly regarded electrical company in Montreal. They seek a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, passionate and motivated to be the company’s primary point of contact for their current and future customers.

Main Responsibiliy
- The successful hire will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
- Work with schedules and availability of electrician to dispatch
- Process point of sale invoices
- Maintain and update the customer database
A call script shall be provided in order to assist the successful hire when servicing customers.
Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service;
- Experience with operating schedules;
- Strong communication skills – Both in French & English – written and spoken
- Proficient with Microsoft Office – comfortable to learn in house basic software
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Team oriented
Annual salary $45 000 +
